All items in the Ready Set Go Collection are pre-sized supports, set to standardized measurements, that are available for modification or return, for store credit, within 10 days of delivery. Due to the hygienic nature of the items, not all returns will be accepted. Please review the following modification/return policy for more information.
RETURNS & MODIFICATIONS
Items are not available for modification or return if they are soiled, damaged, altered, or have been used. Items are available for modification or return for store credit, within 10 days of receipt. Modifications to belts & wraps are available to alter most sizing from Small to 2XL. Returns will be processed as store credit for the item amount at the time of purchase, not including shipping fees or any fees associated with damage, soiling, or alteration of the items being returned. Items returned that are part of a bundle sale or product will be credited for the lesser amount. Item(s) past 10 days from delivery to the buyer, will not be eligible for modification or return.
To initiate a modification or return, please submit your information via the Modification/Return Request below to receive an authorization code to include with the modification/return shipment.
Modification/return packages sent to us without a visible authorization code on the package, or received after the authorization code has expired, may not be accepted or may incur a service fee of 25% that will be due prior to any modification or reduced from the store credit amount for returns.
Item(s) must be clean, undamaged, and with its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including costs due for returning any soiled/damaged/altered items without modification:
• The item will be modified to match the new sizing required (example: a small wrap modified to a large, or medium belt modified to a small). Soiled, damaged, or altered items will not be modified and will be returned to buyer at the buyer's expense.
• The item being returned will be inspected upon return. Soiled, damaged, or altered items will reduced in the amount credited to the store account, up to the full product amount, depending on the amount of soiling, damage, or alteration of the returned item(s).
• In submitting the modification/return request, buyer agrees: (1) that the item(s) are not soiled, damaged or altered before returning the item for modification/return, (2) that the item(s) where delivered within 10 days of submitting the modification/return request, and (3) that the item(s) submitted via the request will be returned back to buyer after being modified for modifications -OR- refunded as store credit for the product amount, minus shipping &/or accumulated/associated fees, for returns.

Packages for modification/return should be mailed to the following mailing address, including the authorization code provided after submitting the Modification/Return Request. Authorization code must be visible on the package as noted below:

Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for modifications/returns and for any fees associated with mailing back any unmodified soiled or damaged item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Buyers should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the return packages are received. PouchWear is not responsible for any lost, or delayed, shipments or any incurred customs fees for international shipments.
